Dr. Carl E. Grimmett
Dr. Grimmett grew up in Trussville where he attended Hewitt-Trussville High School, graduating in 1974. His love and compassion for animals led him to Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine where he graduated in 1980. After graduation Dr. Grimmett practiced with another local veterinarian before opening Grayson Valley Pet Clinic in 1982.
Today, Dr. Grimmett lives in Trussville with his wife Becky and is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Trussville. He is also a proud Grandparent.
He specializes in small animal and exotic medicine, surgery, ultrasound and endoscopy.
Dr. Lauren Robinson
Dr. Robinson attended Auburn University for her undergraduate studies where she obtained a BS in animal and dairy science and a minor in business. She went on to attend Auburn University College of veterinary medicine where she graduated in 2005. She has three children Wyatt, Lillie, and Allie and one dog. She is a big Auburn football fan, and enjoys traveling.
Randy has been a employee of our clinic since November of 1986. He is responsible for keeping our office looking, and smelling good. He is also the one who comes in twice on Sundays to walk, feed and clean up after our boarders. He is a member of First Baptist Church Trussville. He lives in the area with his sister Gail.
Arlene Church is part of the origional staff at Grayson Valley Pet Clinic. Through the years she has had a variety of jobs and duties here. Presently, she is our bookkeeper and has other duties which include that of receptionist. She has lived in Trussville for 35 years and has 2 dogs and 12 cats.
Wendi is a receptionist at GVPC. She has been working here since 2003. She and her husband, Larry, have three children, Candace, Michael, and Jessica. She has 5 grandchildren named Bradley, Malachi, Abby, Emma and Lacy. She has 6 dogs, Miss Piggy, BJ, Boo, Max, Bella and Barron. She came to work with us because of her love of animals.
My name is Pat Roxby and I will be starting my 11th year at Grayson Valley Pet Clinic in June of this year. I have 3 children and 1 granddaughter. I have 3 furry friends named Parkle, Baby Girl, and Skeeter.
I've always been creative and had a passion for animals. Lucky for me , this combination has provided me with a career I love and enjoy.
I have spent the last 27 years working with animals. 11 years as a vet tech and 16 years grooming. I also foster homeless dogs for rescues. I'm the proud mother of a 21 yr old daughter, Peyton, and what I also consider my kids, Mister and Rosie, my Boston Terriers, Rocco, my pit bull and Jesse my cat.
My name is Jessica. I have been working as a vet tech at GVPC for 5 years. My daughter Ariel is 5, she goes to school at Clay Elementary. My husband Nick and I have 7 dogs and 2 cats. We love animals and Alabama football!
My name is Dustin Gorman. I have a wife named Angie and a six year old son named Joseph. I love my family more than anything. I have been employed at GVPC for 5 years and have been in this field of work for 12 years. I enjoy playing music, playing golf, and listening to Phish.
My name is Kansas Humphrey. I’m 19 years old and I’m a student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I am a proud owner of two dogs named Dexter and Stella, and also one cat named Garfield. I’ve always had a huge heart for animals and I’m blessed to be able to take care of all kinds here at Grayson Valley.
Hi! My name is Lauren Bennett and I have been a technician at Grayson Valley Pet Clinic for 8 months. I’m the proud mom of 2 cats, 4 dogs, and 2 hamsters. I have loved every minute of my time at Grayson Valley Pet Clinic and look forward to many more days.
My name is Kristin Pitts and I am 19 years old, married, and have a daughter named Ilyana. I have 4 fur babies and their named Rose, Max, Eve, and Ripley. I have been a technician at Grayson Valley for 6 months.
My name is Jordan Coley and I’ve always wanted to work at a veterinarian clinic since I was 4 years old. I am 23 years old and love animals with all my heart. I have two fur babies of my own and they are my world.
I am a Veterinary Technician here at Grayson Valley Pet Clinic. I am currently in college minoring in animal science to be a licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT): Then majoring in Veterinary science/ education to teach LVT programs. I have been involved in Veterinary medicine for over 3 years and my passion continues to grow for this field. My other hobbies include hiking, camping, and adventuring with friends, family, and our fur babies DON’T SHOP ADOPT!!!!!!!!
